  2. Heather,

I hope I didn't steal your thunder, as they say. I've really enjoyed posting this week with your Insect Diversity Celebration. With the summer doldrums in full swing, things have been so slow around here that I've been lacking inspiration for my own posting topics. Jeff and I have had a blast, almost like we've been "on assignment". Thanks, and I look forward to the next two days' insects!

  3. Hi Ellen,
Thanks, butterflies are fun to photograph. I was surprised at the number of species I had when I put this post together.

  5. Heather I'm greatly impressed with your photography skills as I've yet to capture a butterfly on film. Thanks to you're efforts I can identify two of the butterflies I've seen in my garden lately.
